Valentine’s Party Shoot: South Jersey Pin Up Photographer

After much preparation and planning for our first annual Glamour Bitch Valentine’s Day Party, it turned out to be a huge success! Our plan was to offer a day of pampering to all the single gals out there, and also to some of you “hooked” up gals, too! We rented a beautiful space at the Moorestown Community Center and we had delicious treats, Pink champagne, and beautiful cupcakes from Marisol at Sweet Simplicity. Kelley, Shannon, Kristen and I got to meet and work with some really awesome girls who totally rocked out their shoots. Our fabulous participants- Allyson, Mary, Tammy, Amberlynn, Autumn and Elizabeth each brought a certain something “special” to their shoots! We all really enjoyed meeting and hanging out with these beautiful ladies! Even though this was a “petite session” and not our usual private session, it just goes to show that you can be beautiful even with just the simplest of makeup, backdrops and wardrobe. The whole event was a blast and we hoped that all the girls that attended, had a great time also! We look forward to celebrating Valentine’s Day with you all again next year.

Glamour Bitch at Shecky’s Girls Night Out

We are super excited to announce that Glamour Bitch Photography will be a participating vendor at this year’s Spring Shecky’s Event at the Crystal Tea Room in the Wanamaker building! My assistant Kristen attended a “GNO” (Girls Night Out) event a few years back and thought that this event would be a great way to meet and connect with all of you girls. After a bit of research and checking out their website, I couldn’t agree more. The whole premise is about getting together with all your best girlfriends and sipping on delicious cocktails, getting the scoop on all the greatest beauty products, and browsing unique clothing boutiques. We are so thrilled with the idea of getting to meet hundreds of girls of all ages, races, shapes and sizes, and to be a part of such a great female bonding experience. Our booth will feature raffles for both Victoria’s Secret gift cards as well as Glamour Bitch gift certificates. We will be attending both nights, March 15th and 16th from 5-10pm. Sweet Simplicity Bakery: Stuff I Love

When we started planning our Valentine Party, we knew that we would need some sweets, of course. And as soon as I posted on Facebook about our little soire, Marisol contacted me about cupcakes. Now if any of you know me, I am totally addicted to baked goods. These days, they are in the gluten free verions, but still my favorite things ever. Marisol donated 30 o the most beautiful cupckaes I have ever seen. Though I couldn’t eat the cupcakes, I sampled some of the frosting and it was OMG, AWESOME! Everyone that stopped by had 1 or 2 and raved about how great they were. Aren’t they gorgeous???

Snow Day

Please note: There are 67 more days until Spring is here, which for me is 66 days too many. Today I worked in my pajamas and drank coffee until it was almost dark out, which these days is 4:30pm. During one of my totally ADD moments, I found myself browsing cute swimsuits from the new VS catalog. I adore all of the retro styling and fun details this season and YAY, one pieces are sexy again! I will be daydreaming of my next vacation for the rest of the night and hitting the gym so that I am ready to wear a new bikini in 6 months. Till then, wear one for your photo shoot with us ;)

How gorgeous is this girl?? Dina came for a shoot this past summer as a treat for herself. She is the sweetest woman ever and is constantly doing things for others. I am so glad she finally took the time to book a shoot and enjoy herself. Dina’s hubby plays guitar so she brought along two of his to use as a prop. She surprised him with an album and some prints a few weeks later and of course, he was floored. Since Dina booked the mini shoot, she had two set options. We chose to do the “boudoir” set up for a sweet look and then we rocked out on the wood floor with leopard and fishnets for a sexy look. What do you think?

Barrie: South Jersey Boudoir Photography

When Barrie first arrived for her shoot, she was super nervous. She had driven over 2 hours to see us after finding Glamour Bitch Photography on Facebook! I am constantly amazed that so many women travel for hours to work with us. Needless to say, we were thrilled to meet her once she arrived. Barrie has the most gorgeous brown eyes and amazing body, I would swear she was a model already.

Barrie works at a gym and is into boxing, so it was only fitting that we did a set with her pink boxing gloves, how fun!!

And what girlie photo shoot would be complete without a few lingerie shots?! These images were taken on our “boudoir” set here at the studio. I love how soft and pretty these look! Isn’t she gorgeous??

After her shoot, Barrie sent me this message:

“First of all, let me just say that you are SO stunningly beautiful and then I come to find out

that your inside (personality) matches your outside! I love your business and have so much respect for you; for what you do and why you do it.

I’ve been on a high since our shoot on Thursday. You and Shannon are the greatest find! Thank God for women who make other women feel beautiful and not inferior…

Consider me a walking endorsement now for Glamour Bitch! It was an incredibly uplifting experience.

Reading that message made me so happy that I was able to give her such a wonderful experience. This is truly my goal for every woman that walks in our door.

Over the summer, Kate and Amber- Joi contacted me about doing a photo shoot for them so that they could share their experience with their readers. Together, the girls run a blog/ website called Philly In- www.phillyin.com, which highlights all things Philadelphia related. Bestest Assistant Ever

The holiday rush has begun here at GB and every year I swear I am not going to be super stressed and crazy… hahahaha. So yesterday I was so excited when Kristen showed up with a batch of chocolate chip cookies and the sweetest note ever. It totally made my day and reminded me to focus on what the upcoming holidays are about. Friends, family, and fun!

But for now, we have a lot of hard work ahead of us. We are super excited about our holiday shoots coming up and to help you create an awesome gift for your honey this holiday. Make sure to email us about our Christmas pin up and glamour shoots! We’ll see you soon.
