Inspiration: South Jersey Boudoir Photography

Wow, I just came across these gorgeous images from Vouge Italia: Beauty on another blog.  I was so excited to see some behind the scenes video along with the final print images.   The room is kind of cluttered and the decorating is a little tacky, the lighting is super simple, but the shots are stunning!!!  This really proves that you don’t need a lot of fancy equipment, studios, or assistants to create amazing images.  If you are a good photographer, you make it work… beautifully.  Take a look at some of these images and then watch the video below.   Start thinking of some ideas for your next Glamour Bitch Photo shoot!

Location Shoots

I get asked a lot about some of my images that were shot on location. Specifically, shots like these:

These images were shot for a client where he kept his cars.    While I don’t have the ability to shoot something like this here at my studio, we are more than willing to travel to you for a location shoot.  (A travel fee will apply) So if your man has a great classic car or bike that you would like to shoot with or if you have an area of your home that you think would be awesome for a photo shoot, let me know.

My client Susan had this idea for a Marilyn Monroe inspired shoot in her home.  Isn’t that leopard couch amazing????

Beach Shoots- South Jersey Glamour Photography

I love summer and of course the beach, so it was especially great spending both Friday and Monday morning “working” in Ocean City.  Both Sandra and Jessica scheduled their shoots about a month ago and we totally lucked out with the weather. Both days were bright, sunny, and warm.  Jessica and Sandra had no problem looking incredible even at 630am.

If you have been thinking about booking a beach shoot, you can do so for any weekday morning.  We work on a 430am call time so that we can have yummy, soft light and less of a crowd.

Ashley: South Jersey Glamour Photography

Ashley came to me back in May for a bridal boudoir shoot to surprise her husband to be.  Even though she was a little nervous, her excitement and enthusiasm blew me away.  Ashley was a natural in front of the camera. Wouldn’t you agree?

Just 2 weeks before their wedding, we managed to put together a great 4×6 “little black book” for her to present to him the night before they got married.  Needless to say, her hubby loved the photos!!  So when Ashley asked him to send her back to us as a birthday gift, he was happy to.  Since we did a lingerie look for his eyes only during our first shoot, Ashley opted to do something a little more casual this time.  We used a Guess? advertisement as our inspiration and came up with this shot.  It’s definitely one of my favorite images.

Just around the corner, there is a field of these amazing wild flowers that we decided to use for her second look.

I am so thrilled with how every thing came together and I can’t wait to work with Ashley again.
